Hello Friends,
During the constant downpour of rain, approximately 50 cars showed up. The show and shine was a fund
raiser for MS and Breast Cancer  put on by Top Foods in their Olympia  store parking lot. The show
featured a modified ’53 Mainline hard post that was being converted to a convertible soft top. A beautiful
two tone ’50 F-1 that was completed as a final request of a lady’s late husband. A family of four Brought in
their collection of corvettes a’70, a ’76, and 2 ’05s. And there was so much more. All in all, outside of
people hiding under umbrellas and canopies to avoid being drenched people were still in a great mood.
Maybe it was the ’50s music in the atmosphere, maybe it was the door prizes being given away every 20
minutes. I think it was the Donation Bake Sale and the smell of grilled sausage and onions wafting through
the parking lot. Thanks,
                        Brandon
