Hello friends
Well were not off to a roaring start this year but were still in the game. They keep saying the economy
is getting better with 100,000s of jobs being created, It's not in the trucking industry. With 4.00$ a gallon fuel
and taxes and permits going up the share I receive as the owner of my truck just keeps going down. So the
less I make the less I have to attend events. Such is life.
OK, Mild to Wild, this is the 21st annual event, I've attended these events when they were held in the
Tacoma dome and they were a great mix of hot rods and bikes but also special attractions. One year
classic dragsters, one year hydro boats. Lots of fun. This year it was held at the Puyallup fair grounds so
the ability to have hundreds of vehicles was the special attraction. With three buildings full of hot rods, and
bikes, there were lots to see. And if you got tired of walking you could sit down and watch the movie by the
Rat Basters. A classic hot rod pic. Sure to be a cult classic. OK, on tho the pics and we'll see ya at the
shows.
